REGULAR SAVINGS

  • Balance Information: We use the average daily balance method to calculate interest on your account. This method applies a periodic rate to the average daily balance in the account for the period. The average daily balance is calculated by adding the principal in the account for each day of the period and dividing that figure by the number of days in the period.
  • Limitations: You must deposit $100.00 to open this account. You may make six (6) transfers from your account each four (4) week or similar period, if by preauthorized or automatic transfer, or telephone (including data transmission) agreement, order or instruction. Six (6) of these transfers may be made by check, draft, debit card or similar order (including POS transactions), made by the depositor and payable to third parties.
  • Account Fees: Minimum daily balance to earn interest  is $100.00. Minimum daily balance of $100.00 is required to avoid a $3.00 service charge. Six (6) withdrawals may be made quarterly not to exceed two (2) per month. After the second withdrawal there will be a $2.00 service charge per item, to be collected quarterly.

MINOR SAVINGS

Encourages young people under the age of 18 to begin a savings program early in life.

You may make six (6) transfers from your account each four (4) week or similar period, if by preauthorized or automatic transfer, or telephone (including data transmission) agreement, order or instruction. Six (6) of these transfers may be made by check, draft, debit card or similar order (including P0S transactions), made by the depositor and payable to third parties.
  • Account Fees: Six (6) withdrawals may be made quarterly not to exceed two (2) per item. After the second withdrawal there will be a $2.00 service charge per month, to be collected quarterly.

HOLIDAY SAVINGS/CHRISTMAS CLUB

Holiday Savings/Christmas Club: Earns interest and ensures a bountiful holiday with automatic transfers made each month from your checking or savings account.

  • Limitations: Interest will not be compounded on the account.  Interest will be credited to your account annually.
  • Account Fees: $5.00 fee for all withdrawls prior to maturity date. If you close your account prior to maturity no interest will be earned or paid.
